METAPHOR OR (IM) POSSIBILITY?

Abstract

The right to safe, effective and quality medicines is a right, and there is no doubt about that, after all it is linked to the human and fundamental right to health. however, is there a real possibility of realizing this right and is it a metaphor or utopia? How is it possible to discuss accessibility to safe, effective and quality medicines amid the poverty that plagues countries like brazil, filled with social inequities? The possible answer to the questions raised here is based on the relationship between the health system, the law and the economy. For this, the article will use the descriptive-analytical method.
