Abstract: The aim of this research was to understand the relationship between territory and workers' health-disease in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. The methodology included bibliographic review, data collection and systematization, field research in the city of Goiânia (GO), direct observation, interviews and photographic records. The presentation of the results was divided into two central moments of the discussions. The first part highlights the theoretical debate on the focus between work, territory and health-disease, taking as a reference the field of worker health. The second part resumes the debate on the relationship between work, territory and health-disease in contexts of the Covid-19 pandemic in Brazil. It was found that at the same time that the rates of contamination and death by Covid-19 expand in Brazil, precariousness, impoverishment, unemployment and informal work in the country deepen. In view of this, workers' health, an essential field for surveillance and safety at work, has been forgotten and silenced by policies to combat the pandemic and protect workers.
