Vol. 11 No. 2 (2025): Arts on Stage, Outreach, and Society

This dossier is dedicated to the interrelated aspects of the field of Performing Arts, Extension, and Society and the possibilities for knowledge exchange between university teaching, research, and extension with society and vice versa. It seeks to give visibility to reflections produced in Extension in line with the three pillars of teaching, research, and extension that constitute Brazilian public universities. This thematic dossier aims to disseminate the experiences of University Extension that take place as places of training, integration, and research. Through university extension, it is possible to develop actions in an inseparable way, sharing and producing knowledge together with society, and in this sense, this dossier aims to disseminate the extension practices that already take place in our universities.
