Territorial citizenship and We Propose

Abstract

The main objective of the "Nós Propomos!" project is to promote civic engagement in relationships with work in the classroom. This objective, which arises from the theoretical structure of territorial citizenship, will be validated from the perspective of the project, in light of the historical evolution of the concept and its applications in territorial programs. The methodology used will be a documentary analysis of academic articles and student reports. The results will allow us to evaluate the impact of the project in promoting critical citizenship, as well as the inherent limitations of school contexts and the challenges of specific training in each area. The conclusions obtained will allow us to further develop the theoretical proposals and explore the forms of civic participation achieved through collaboration between schools and local political authorities.
